I have a firm belief that the true responsibility of any parent is to teach 
their child how to handle all things that life might throw at them so that they will be a productive member of society. By this I mean how to handle success, failure, and responsibilities. You can not do this by being their friend all the time. Being their friend is a great perk, but how many of your friends do you have that take your car away if you do not make good grades.
Some parents who want to raise their children like this are trying to make a change. They were tired of the children running all over them. So, they starting watching the Dog Whisper. They are now implementing the same principals that Cesar does on his show. I watched the show out of curiosity and thought there are some good basics. Watch one of the shows on National Geographic Channel and let me know what you think.
