My Workout Routine

After a couple of months in the gym I am feeling great.  My knees and ankles do not have the little aches and pains.  I have more energy and best of all, my cloths are fitting better.  Life is good.

So, with all that said, here is my workout routine.

Monday:  Biceps and Triceps, Cardio
